When you enroll in our program, not only will you study subjects such as anatomy, exercise
physiology, exercise programming and sports nutrition in our classroom, but you will also be
taught the latest exercise techniques on the most up-to-date equipment in our hands-on
practical sessions. Your textbooks and a full gym membership are included in the cost of the
program and since you’ll be working out each day of class, you can also get in the best
shape of your life. We even have job placement assistance and an extensive internship
program to help you take that next step.
Here at the National Personal Training Institute, we offer an extensive 500-hour personal training education and certification program unlike any other that prepares you for a successful career in the exciting health and fitness industry. What makes our curriculum so unique is that it
is divided between classroom instruction and in-gym practical training, allowing you to learn all facets of personal training.
Each day of attendance you spend half your time in the classroom studying topics such as anatomy, exercise physiology, sports-specific training, exercise programming, nutrition and working with special populations, while the other half of the day is spent working out in hands-on practical sessions where you are exposed to a wide variety of exercise techniques and programming.
