South Louisiana Beauty College in Houma, Louisiana is a cosmetology college serving the greater Houma area as a vocational institution. We are concerned with providing our students with opportunities to develop themselves so that they will become useful, participating citizens of the community.
South Louisiana Beauty college is located at 300 Howard Avenue and we have been at this location since April 1, 1965.
This school observes all rules and regulations issued by The Louisiana State Board of Cosmetology and the local health department.
Our institution makes use of acceptable teaching techniques and training aids (such as textbooks, filmstrips, videos and other audio/visual aids) in order to provide the best possible training for our students.
South Louisiana Beauty College has been a "Redken Scientific Educational Systems" school since March 13, 1984. The "SES" program represents the fundamental concepts that professionalism begins in the classroom. We are also a Paul Mitchell Signature School.
Our institution operates year round. Classes begin the first Tuesday of each month. Classes are Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00am to 4:00pm. Enrollment is limited, call early for class availability.
